Agave is a neighborhood of about 500 green-built modern architecture homes (and 300 available lots!) located within minutes of both downtown Austin and the airport, east of Highway 183 on Martin Luther King Dr. (FM 969). This unique neighborhood has a variety of interesting designs in clean, contemporary architecture. It’s located on a hill, providing wonderful views of Austin.
There are new builder spec and pre-owned existing homes ready to move-in immediately, or build your home on the hundreds of available lots.
Many homes in Agave are built using green building methods and offer really big energy efficiency savings.
